Welcome to the Affillionaire Funnel Affiliate Program. By accessing our website and participating in our program, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Use of This Site

You agree to use this site and platform only for lawful purposes. You must not:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

Engage in fraudulent activity or unethical marketing.

Attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, or disrupt the operation of this platform.

2. Affiliate Earnings Disclaimer

We offer up to 80% recurring commissions for active affiliates. However, earnings are not guaranteed and will vary depending on your performance, consistency, and promotional efforts.
Affillionaire Systems Inc. does not make income guarantees. Testimonials or examples are not typical and do not promise future success.

3. Beneficiary Payout Policy

Affiliates may designate a beneficiary to receive their monthly commissions in the event of death. This payout will continue as long as:

The referred users remain subscribed and in good standing.

The affiliate account was active at the time of passing.

Sufficient documentation (proof of death and relationship) is provided and approved.

Affillionaire reserves the right to verify, validate, or reject claims based on policy violations or fraudulent activity.

4. No Resale or License Transfer

You are permitted to promote the Affillionaire Funnel through your affiliate link and earn commissions.
However, you may not resell, duplicate, distribute, or white-label this platform or its assets without prior written consent.

5. Payment Terms, Taxes, and Deductions

Payouts are processed monthly through approved third-party platforms (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, or other partners).

You must maintain an active subscription to the Affillionaire Funnel in order to remain eligible for affiliate commissions.

All commissions are paid in gross USD amounts before any deductions.

Applicable taxes (as per requirement in the Philippines), payment processing fees, currency conversion charges, or remittance costs may be deducted automatically based on your selected payout method and location.

Outside of the Philippines, you are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes due in your country of residence or citizenship.

Affillionaire Systems Inc. does not withhold tax on behalf of affiliates and assumes no responsibility for your personal tax compliance outside of the Philippines.

6. Intellectual Property

All software, systems, branding, graphics, written content, and digital assets on this platform are owned by Affillionaire Systems Inc.
No part of the system may be copied, replicated, distributed, or reused without explicit written permission.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
It is your responsibility to check this page regularly to remain informed of any changes.

8. Termination of Account

Affillionaire Systems Inc. may suspend or terminate your affiliate account for the following reasons:

Violations of these Terms & Conditions

Inactive subscriptions

Fraudulent or unethical practices

Abuse of the platform, team, or community

All decisions are final and may affect eligibility for future participation.
